DISC Multi-dimension provides increased self-insight and opens up to facilitate communication. DISC MD is based on self-evaluation and has an ipsative questionnaire. The report describes different behavioural styles, among other things, with the help of colours. This is our most used assessment.
Specific area of use
— In all situations where there is a need to improve communication between individuals or in a group. For example, between leaders & employees, in a team that needs to be more efficient or between salespeople & customers.
— 28 groups of four adjectives, in which the respondent must select 2 adjectives, one that fits the respondent best and one description that fits the least.
— A highly accurate report that describes basic behaviour and adapted behaviour, as well as areas for development.
— DISC MD is also available as a group report.
