Driving Forces
Driving Forces Assessment
The driving force assessment is used as a complement to DISC MD.
It’s a self-reflecting assessment that reveals our attitudes and driving forces, which can provide a basis for uncovering and better understanding our values.
The Driving Forces assessment is based on Dr Spranger’s philosophy and is then further developed by Ensize. The Combination report shows the DISC and Driving Forces assessments separately, and the importance of combining Behaviour and Driving Forces.
Benefits of using Driving Forces:
- Provides a more superficial dimension to the DISC assessment, answering the question “why” individuals act the way they do.
Areas of use:
- For personal and employee development.
- Support in the design of individual reward systems.
Our Driving force assessments:
- DISC MD & Driving Forces Combination
- DISC MD Behaviour & Driving Forces Team
