Training Centre

Training Centre is a part of the Navigator platform. In the Training Centre, you will find lots of relevant and useful material. Everything from PPT to well-thought-out exercises that are suitable for different purposes and goals. With the built-in filter, you can easily find exactly what you are looking for and need.

Send out relevant material before, during, or after a training/coaching session. You decide!

The Ensize Portal

Through Navigator, you communicate with your customers directly into their own personal Ensize Portal. The Ensize Portal is an interactive and mobile-friendly portal where your customers/participants find all their individual assessments and learning material. You can brand The Ensize Portal with your company logo and your information.

In the Ensize Portal, your customers/participants can:

Answer assessments questions.
Find their reports.
Find the material that is suitable for the assignment.

Training

We offer official training to work with our assessments DISC & Driving Forces and HOW & WHY Index^®. After the training, you will get access to the Navigator platform and can start working with us. The training is aimed at those who work with personal development, coaching, leadership, sales or organisational development and recruitment. If you work in HR or with internal company training, you are of course also welcome.
